My first diet day, I admit, is rough, but I won’t give up! I have faith! I believe this is a very simple plan. Actually, this is not really a diet, it is a healthy lifestyle system that helps you to get rid of unwanted pounds. Day first – cut out all junk food, sugar, carbs. I will eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, simple proteins etc. The point is, I am not starving myself in any way. I eat a lot, even five meals at one day. So, basically, this is not a diet, this is a healthy plan what I will eat.
