I am a 5'7 17 year old Male. Father is 5'10 and mother is 5'3. Will I be able to grow taller? I've noticed my hands and feet are smaller than my peers

Don't worry, you'll grow more. Every male grows until he's 21 (sometimes it's even further, but that's some general rule).
If you are unhappy with your height right now, you can do some stretching exercises, or start doing basketball or volleyball.
I don't think you can grow up to 6'0, but I think you can be as tall as your father.
