If this is only your first few times having sex it is somewhat common. You need to focus on the feelings and learn to control them. You can do this by masturbation alone, or have your partner work with you. Your partner could stimulate you while you focus on the feelings. As you get close you tell them to stop. It will take some time but this is similar to how a sex therapist would work with you.
Your sex life is not ruined. There are options.
Another thing that many guys do is to masturbate prior to having intercourse. This way, they need a little "longer" time.
Try to slow down and focus on controlling your body. Don't get frustrated as it won't help. An understanding partner will help immensely.
