My 2nd child was born 4 months ago . I have been trying to get back to pre-pregnancy weight since. With the 4th month looming ahead I am still ~10 lbs away from my goal. I usually weigh between 105-107. I am 5' 3" tall. I am a fairly competitive runner with my PRs being:
1/2 marathon 1h 30 min
5k 20 min
2 mile 12
I am finding it increasingly difficult to get runs in like I used to. My schedule is no longer my own with two kids ages 2 and 3 months! :) With my 1st pregnancy I found myself stuck at 110 for quite some time. But now I am settling out right around 115.
As a practical person, I am looking for practical advice/tips to help me drop these last 10 lbs bearing in mind that I will probably only get 2 runs in a week. Mainly diet tips since that will have to be my primary means to achieving my goal at this time.
