Hi, I am 42 years old female looking for some dietary advice. I got lottery vacation and I would go on holiday for five days. I would like to wear my swimsuit on the beach but I have few extra pounds I would like to get rid off. I heard about 3 days diet which may give good results. I would like to learn something more about this diet and how to apply it.

It will make temporary loss of weight but it will leave you without energy too.
