80 years old with stomach cramps, nausea and horrible diarreah. She can't eat anything or drink because it goes right through her. Running low grade fever

How long has this been going on. What is her health usually like, any medications? Any problems breathing? Shortness of breath? Chest pains? How about a slight cough?
My concern for now would be dehydration. Is she still urinating? What's the color like? Is it dark? If so she'll need fluids. If she can't tolerate drinking anything, then she'll need IV fluids.
You know your mother, if she looks bad or needs fluids then get her to the hospital.
