About a month ago, I had a sore open in the scar left over from my circumcision. It healed fine but now there is a band of skin around my penis that looks and feels too small, like it is constricted. It hurts to get an erection, though otherwise pain is minimal and limited to when I directly touch the "pinched" skin.
