My boyfriend and I have been together for quite a while now, but the issue is he has NEVER taken me out to a proper dinner... I'm 19 and he's 22, we are both still in university, but I mean can't he save a lil, to take me to a movie or a nice dinner?? We always together at parties with friends and socials, but I need a proper outting, just the two of us you know... What does that really imply about what he thinks about the relationship.. I mean don't guys who are in love plan dates for their significant others?

Speak to hime and see what he says. It's all well and good going out to parties and socializing with friends but you two need some real, together time.
