Hello. Since I had a huge pain in my back, my neurologist suggested me to implant a spinal cord stimulator. And I did it. However, I have a huge problem now. I have been experiencing terrible headaches. I would like to know what I should do. What do you think? Thanks in advance.
Hi, there. Spinal cord stimulator is used when there is a back pain caused by a neurological factor. It can bring many benefits such as control of pain relief, it doesn’t interfere with your daily activities, you can take part in recreational activities, etc. On the other hand there are risks and side effects. Those are: headaches, bleeding, infection, allergic reaction and even paralysis. You should consult your neurologist about these headaches. Has your back pain decreased at least? Many patients report decreased back pain after usage of this device. I hope everything will be all right. Bye!
