I wanna stay fit all my life.
Getting unhealthier is a total no do for me.
But,by eating less,I get hungry easily before the time for my next meal.
But,if I were to eat more,it would begin to e rather an unhealthy diet.
So,what I found out was,low GI food can provide more energy for a longer time and it's healthier.
The best part is,I don't have to stuff up myself ever again.

The point of GI diet is to choose to eat foods that your body will digest more slowly than others which will leave you feeling full for longer and allowing you to eat less calories without feeling hungry. So if you want to eat less this is what you need, but it’s not exactly healthier. Some foods, like pasta or milk chocolate, are low GI and foods like rice or honey are high GI. If you don’t want to overeat you definitely need willpower. Simplest rule is to eat small meals, but often but most people have trouble in doing just that, regardless of what food they eat.
