Hi there. The feeling that you are going to ejaculate is the same. Sometimes it is a little stronger during actual sex depending on how turned on you are (which I would imagine you would be for the first time) - but you will absolutely know when it is going to happen just like when you masturbate.
All that said - please do be sure that you use a condom...pulling out before ejaculating is not a good form of birth control...so I'm very glad you mentioned the condom!
