having one shouldnt afffect your sexuality, as you probably have guesses, now that youre 21
so you dont have two testicles and you are 21? usually when this occurs it means you have an undecended testicle. before you are born your testis form in your abdomin but then decend into your scrotum at birth. sometimes one or both of your testis dont decend and require surgery to either bring them into the scrotum or remove them if they are decformed. sometimes around puberty they will increase in size and decend (which may be what your doctro was talking about) but if they havent by now i would get them check out. if an undecended testicle is not removed or delt with then the chances if it becoming cancerous increases dramaticaly.
