There is a very small hole in the skin under the left side of the frenulum...
It looks like it traps a white color substance(smegma?) inside the hole and i can see the white substance under the skin on the other side of the frenulum. Its like a small white bump under the skin. I can push the white substance out of the hole but it keep coming back.
The substance feels dry and hard but i can easily break it up with my finger nails.
The problem is it is hard to squeeze the white substance out as the hole is too small....i am scare that it will cause an infection or something...
I went to the doctor once...he asked me if i have unprotected sex....I told him i never have sex before and so he told me its just some kind of injury and gave me some antiseptic cream to apply on it. But that never solve the problem...

im of 28 and have very tiny hole on the same location as you mentioned + on my arm + on my thigh
i have never had sex so far
and these holes haven't hurt me ever or created any problem
i dont think any cream will fix the problem/condition
to me it seems illogocal
but one should consult doctor (the real doctor, who really knows the problem and then a doctor who can really fix the problem)

I've had the same thing in the same location for my entire post-puberty life. I'm 28 and basically I just remember to check it out every now and again and make sure it's clean.
However, my daughter has something similar near her eye. It seems to be a hole that enters the skin at an angle. Recently it became blocked and then infected. We're taking her to a doctor on Monday but until then, does anybody have any idea what the heck these "holes" are?

i had the same problem okay and it healed after a while!
i have had the same problem actually. on the left side of my penis. when i was going through puberty i scrounged up the guts to tell my mom about it. so i ended up taking a hot shower and squeezing it out. i also have a small one under the head. but here's the thing, the hole on my left side- goes all the way through. i could fit a piercing in it (call me crazy but i recently tried it..haha). i've had this for awhile and i'm 19 now. it has never been infected or inflicted pain. it may just be like a mole or freckle kind of thing but with an indention in our skin that collects this white stuff. it would be nice to know whats going on, but i can live with it.
I have lots of these, on the underside of my penis shaft, I am 14 and have never had and sexual actions with anyone, A few of them have become swelled, but I cant see any reason for it, anyone who knows anything about this would be a great help!

I'm going to take a wild guess and say all of you are circumcised.. Correct? This site floated up in my studies about tue same issue with my husband. I am a student midwife and as I understand it... You, and my husband are victims of botched circumcisions.. Which is, unfortunately, more common than most people realize.
i'm not circumcised and i also have this issue, weird, but i cant find anything on google... but so far it nv affect me much. i just assume it another glans in my body. i do a through clean once a week to clean out anything there so far nothing wrong. good to know there is other ppl having this issue and most of u seen to be healthy :D

guys dont stressssss, this is similar to a fungy like substance. talking here from personal experience.
this is essentially the same thing you get when you get athletes foot. only way to clear it is by using anti-fungal cream.
i had the same issue for years, eventually my fremulum got a tiny hole, keep in mind it didnt tear., anyways applied it. and after literally 4 to 5 days it stop producing segma. how ever because i just left untreated for a while before finding out about it. it the hole did stay.
its been 5 years since i done that. my fremulums got a hole but it hasnt stoped me. sex doesnt hurt, it doesnt look like its going to completely rip and i get no more segma. :) hope that helps...
and to who ever has a lil hole in there you can say you had a piercing before, bit***s love that sh*t. trust me lol
