I am a 23 year old and lately i have been experiencing a lot of abdominal and back pains and i've noticed that i've also been feeling slight movement in my abdominal, is it possible that i could be pregnant as i am not on contraceptives and i have'nt had my period in 2 months but instead i have been spotting a lot.

You are possibly dry before penetration and that is why you are experiencing pain and bleeding. You should try fore play or lubricates before penetration.
