I think you should all get checked out for PID, Endometriosis, IBS, PCOS, Fibroids in the womb, etc.
If you search on the internet for these kind of things you can find out more info.
Also, request your GP send for you to have a pelvic/abdominal/kidney ultrasound as the cause of pain in the stomach or lower abdomen could usually be discovered with the help of an ultrasound.
Hope this helps!!

Hello there! Yes, I had this too, and was very confused. I knew there was no possible way I was pregnant though (not active yet) so I went to my doctor. He suggested it was IBS and said it's both rather common AND can have bad flare-ups at times. If you've been stressed it might be the reason. Though if you think you might be pregnant go straight to the doctor, and take more than one test. It could also be the pill, yes, but after a few years on it to ease period symptoms I realized that if it will make you feel poorly, it usually eases over the years of taking it. You could also simply be ill with something. Also, not to scare anyone because this is completely rare, but I have heard of an illness caused by tampons. I'm not sure how it's started but that's also something to double check.
I know the question might have already been answered, this is just for those who come in looking for someone's opinions on what to do.
