This sucks bad!! i have all the same symptoms but recently there getting extremley worse! I recently had a death of someone very close to me so i just thought it was the stress from that and working 2 jobs doesnt help, but after 3 weeks of this i feel like death!! I have no appetite whatsoever (i can count the times i ate on one hand these past 3 weeks), i didnt sleep at all last night and when i do im lucky to get 4 hours and when i do fall asleep im woken up from the most painful joint pains mostly in my knees and elbows, i have severe heartburn/nausea,extremely fatigued, and have to push myself to get out of bed every morning for work and i also suffer from migraines (which i was diagnosed with years ago) Ive always had some of these symptoms and have gone to the doctor about it but when they tested me for thyroid problems, enemic, ect everything came back negative! Im starting to think im going crazy and feel bad for my boyfriend because i feel like im constantly complaining!! (mind you i am a little bit of a baby when i get sick) but this is no joke, I thought i was just pms-ing but its never been this bad before! Anybody else have any of these problems/symptoms? Im new to this "forum" thing and not really sure how it works, but i would definitley appreciate any help at all! thanks Nikki :)

Hi Nikki,I had all of these symptoms too.  For many years.  I have gone through multiple colonoscopies, upper/lower GI's, etc. and was told for years nothing was wrong.  You mentioned PMS in your post.  Do your symptoms tend to get worse around your period?  It may not be Gastro issues but actually Gyno issues.  After 20 year of suffering with this pain I was FINALLY diagnosed with endometriosis.  Just had surgery last week and the doctor was amazed at what he found.  All along this horrible disease was the problem.  May be worth checking out.  I felt like I was going crazy all of these years.

I've been experiencing just a bit of nausea, headache once in a blue moon, very fatigued. I have had alternating diarrhea/constipation off and on for about the last 3 to 4 months now. I had colon/cervical cancer a few years back. I beat them both with a strict cancer free diet and lots of praying. So, with the symptoms I've been having I began to do a search and wound up here. BTW, I had my gall bladder out 9-1/2 years ago! Oh and I put on like 10 lbs.

I have been having similar problems. Major bloating and gas, weight gain, constipation, indigestion, occasional diarrhea and stomach pains. I have been been checked for ovarian cancer with ovarian sonograms. Thyroid has been checked and I have been tested for h pylori and parasites like giardiasis. I wonder if it could be SIBO (small intestine bacteria overgrowth), my gallbladder or some symptom of perimenopause. Anyone get any answers? I need to go back to the gastroenterologist.

Cut out HFS..high fructose corn syrup from your diet, and no processed foods. Read lables. Cut sugar. Check out LOW FOD MAP diet. I must follow this, and it really sucks. I still have problems, but they are not quite as bad.
I did have a colonoscopy, and the doctor removed a large polyp which tested back as containing cancer cells. (I am 46)
I have a very high chance of getting colon cancer, so I need to get check every 5 years @ min.
Also, NO alcohol!
Over the past few years, my pancreas has wasted away to just the head remaining.
I also have hypothyroidism, sarcoidosis, (monitoring for lymphoma) Severe pain in both of my legs and feet. Pain in my thorasic spine. Yes, I am a mess.

I am going to Mayo next, because my GP has given up on me as to what the problem is.
I take pain meds and muscle relaxers as needed....which is now twice a day.
