Abnormal period after plan b

I had intercourse with a condom but it didn't break but when he stood up there was leakage. Less than 12 hours later I took Plan b one step. I was only a day or two late with period. And a week after I would get a discharge with light red blood. I thought this was due to the pill. The following month my period came ontime but then again a week after I had the same problem with the discharge with blood.
