I had an abortion a week ago. I have felt fine since the procedure, I have been bleeding since the procedure, I have followed all the recomendations given to me by the doctor. However, I just want to make my mind at ease...how long will the bleeding last?
Bleeding after abortion can last up to three weeks. The bleeding can stop and start again. Some women bleed more some less but very heavy bleeding should be reported to the doc.
