I am feeling severe pain in my left testicle. Earlier, I was feeling pain in penis at the time of ejaculation which is fine now. My scrotum ultrasound is normal. Both the testies are normal in size, shape. I am feeling left testicle pain (Lower side) for the last 9 months. I have a sitting work between 8:00 to 5:00 pm daily. Is this due to sitting for a long time or any other problem. Furthermore, I have been taking antibiotics for the last three months but no betterment. Kindly advise me what should I do now. I am very disturbed.
