Can you take Adderalxr 30mg, Cymbalta 60mg  and Welbutrin 350mg together ? My doctor replaced the Welbutrin which I was taking for depression to  Cymbalta to help with pain I suffered with from having fibromyalgia along with depression. It has helped some with the pain but not the depression. I felt so much better when I was taking the Welbutrin. I definitely need to continue taking the Adderal to focus and complete daily task.
