Hi Dave I'm going to best answer your question/s and help you in anyway I can. First off adderall is actually prescribed for weight loss along  with ADHD and other things so seeing a decrease in your weight is not uncommon. However you did lose a rather large sum of weight in a short period of time upon which I would question your diet. When your urine is a dark yellow and smells bad it usually means that you are severely dehydrated and could use a lot more water in your system. As for your breath smelling it could be numerous reasons stemming off from dehydration or something as simple as plaque build up. As far as everything tasting bad goes, if you try again you wil notice that it isn't necessarily tasting bad. Rather when you go to eat it you will notice you really arent hungry or you really arent in the mood to eat whatever it is. This tendency will then cause the food to taste irregular. Now when you don't take it you will notice that you are more tired and less happy then if you were to take it. This is called physical and psychological dependence. The physical dependence is the fact that your body cannot or will not produce the energy that you need to sustain life without the adderall. The psychological dependence is that you cannot feel happy or feel like you are yourself without the drug. Honestly the first step if you are willing to take it, is to tell your doctor about this, from there he or she can direct you down the right path. If you are unwilling or hesitant/afraid to then I would suggest starting to cut down your dose. If you take 30mg a day start lowering your dose little by little. For example take 25mg instead of 30mg for 2 weeks, after 2 weeks have gone by take 20mg, and then wait another 2 weeks and then take 15mg and so on and so on. This will get you to come off it. If you cannot come off of it using this method then you suffer from a severe addiction upon which you should seek medical attention. Hope this was able to help.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to ask me,

Sincerely,

Theupper
