I have problem with my lower back for 5 years. I’ve got injured while I was working out in the gym and that injury lasts since than. As I like physical activities I was trying with different sports but except swimming all other sports were causing injuring of my back.
I heard from my friend about exercising with aerobic ball and that it is very good for activation of spinal musculature same as back injuries. I would like to know about this type of exercising.

Hi, I am 24 old female and I am exercising with ball for 2 years already. My impressions are great because it is very fun and benefits for back are great. Ball helped me to develop stronger back and abdominal musculature and learn how to keep proper posture.
Also I use it very often when I have to do something at home and I have to sit for some time. Anyway ball is great and I would recommend it to anyone especially to the people who has problems with their backs.
