Hi guys, well I've had this lump at the bottom of my left testicle for about 5-6 months now, possibly longer, but recently it has started to hurt more; along with groin pain. I'd give the pain a 6/10, sometimes less.
It doesnt feel like it's directly on the testicle itself, however, it seems to be on this droopy, squishy bit at the end of the testicle, inside the scrotum. Sometimes it feel softer and more squishy, however I find that when I get out of the shower, it gets harder. I can squish it slightly as its not hard, yet not soft. It seems to be at the end of this cord running around the outside of the testicle. Any ideas on what it is? I am 15

This is most likely an inflamation of the epidymous.
You can get some antibiotics or treatment from your family doctor.
Be frank with him and let him examine you to determine just what this is.
Don't worry, he's seen it all, and is very familiar with this type of complaint.
Good luck.
PS: Even if you don't want to make a special appointment for this complaint, do bring it up at your next appointment for whatever reason you see the doctor. If you don't want to discuss it in front of your parents, ask to speak to the doctor privately. Good luck.
