I just had a baby about 2 1/2 months ago, I would bleed and then spot, & then my last regular period at the end of all the bleeding lasted only 2 days. Is that normal?
It's completely normal! Take it from someone who just had a baby about a year ago. Your body has been through a hell of a lot. Any doctor and mother will tell you that it takes several months for your menstrual cycle to pick back up some sense of regularity again. I know it took me about 5 months to be someone regular again.
