after i pee in it still feels like i have pee still in the end of my urethra

Basically after i have a pee in it still feels like i have pee still in the end of my urethra... its really uncomfortable and it makes me smell like urine because i can hear people saying it :( i am 14 years old and i am a virgin. it will go on for a couple of hours and then i will kinda dry up and go ! i am really tired of this because it has been going on for a year now.... is it an infection? i have never had sex before tho 

i am to scared to tell my parents or the doctor. does anyone know what it is!!!
