after my gf lost her viginity later that evening she was coughing up blood and does anyone know why? i am really worried about her and any help would be most appreciated thank you

It's very unlikely these are related...
BUT - anytime someone is coughing up blood you really need to go get checked by a physician as soon as possible. The circulatory system is designed to be a closed system...blood should not ever be entering another body system - like the respiratory or digestive system...both possible origins of coughed up blood.
Is the blood bright red - or darker in color?
Either way - call her doctor please!
