After urine white thick drops also dropS

i am 45 year old ,i have problem after urine two or three thick white drops also drop from my penis, and i feel great weakness my teeth, eye, vain feel stress ,when i sleep  little time ,i feel my hand feet also sleep i feel tired and wake up  mostly i am feeling am go to death please Gauguin as food and medicine thanks
