Hello. I'm 34 year old male and just recently I have bumped on one term and I would like hear more about it.
For a long time I'm searching for some good and effective diet but also, diet that will not harm my health state.
During this period I have tried several diets and some of them were pretty effective but I'm still not satisfied.
About ten days ago I have read some interesting stuff about some Alcaline diet and I was hopping that someone could tell me more about it. What makes this diet that different from all others.

Main thing you should know about this diet is that it follows out body. You probably don’t know what our body's pH level is slightly alkaline, with a normal range of 7.36 to 7.44.
Well, the purpose of this diet is food that should also be slightly alkaline. Vegetables, fruits, beans and legumes are considered to be alkaline type of food.
