aloe vera is itchy on face

You can have an allergy to aloe vera, this is rare, but can happen. Discontinue the use of aloe vera and try somethins else to calm and soothe your skin. I would recommend something with lavender cause is has a lot of great properties to it such as, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic while it is calming on the skin. Also for people struggling with acne, detoxing is very important. Start with a detoxing tea, containing yarrow or dandelion, then change your diet to a more raw/vegan diet to cleanse out yur system.
Also take your vitamins and minerals. Specially Vitamin B and calcium.
