I used to be very heavy, but I lost all the weight. I am about the healthiest person around. I do running, yoga and swimming. Everyone think that I have some eating disorder, but I believe that I can stay healthy mentally and physically with exercise. I feel sick when I don’t exercise. What do you think am I doing ok?
I am not sure you are doing ok, because I can tell you have problem about the way you feel about it when you don’t exercise. Exercise is great for the mind and the body it has been proven it releases chemicals in the brain to make you happy, but you should also have a look at the amount of exercise you do each day and the amount of food you eat each day. It does become a problem if you are doing too much and eating too little and also you can tell if it is a problem if you get problems with certain parts of your body and don’t allow yourself to rest.
