So I have one confession to make :). My godmother and I had this silly bet a few months ago. We decided to start sugar busters at the same time, just to see which one of us can lose pounds and how many pounds exactly. She is not from the same city as I am, she is a miles away from me. We do skype very often, but we didn’t talk about sugar busters, because the deal was to talk about this after one month. Well, that day is tomorrow and I am pretty desperate because I don’t know how to tell her this - I am one month into sugar busters and I have lost no weight? Do you know what is going on? I was following all those tips from the different websites, but nothing!
Am I doing something wrong?

I am not quite sure what possible can go wrong with this diet program: / because, as far as I know, it is very simple and easy to follow. You were not so clear about this – you didn’t write what you eat, what you avoid, do you exercise. I can’t tell you are you doing something wrong without those facts. This is a high – fiber diet program made up of different kinds of vegetables, proteins, fruits, whole grains… But, you need to give up refined sugar and flour. Did you do that? If you didn’t than we know the problem why you haven’t lost a single pound.

Yes, you are doing something wrong, because you really can’t be one of those who are following exactly all diet tips, and failed. Something must be wrong! In the last five months my best friend Elena lost 27 kilograms eating the Sugar Buster’s way. And, I wouldn’t call this eating program because you are not dieting at the first place. But, this eating program only works when you follow it at the way you should follow it and as long you are on it. Actually, this is a new way of eating.
After following the guidelines from this book, she was eating whole wheat bread, eggs, vegetables, fruits. My point is that you can lose your pounds, but you need to try it again.
