I am 13 years old. I have very small, thin pubic hairs, when i masturbate a weird clear substance comes out (and after im done my erection immediately goes away) my penis is 2', 3' when erected. I am starting to grow armpit hairs and a little bit of leg hair. Am I going through puberty? If not will I soon? If I am, is there A way to speed the process up?
