am I going through puberty?

I think you are just starting to enter puberty - all the signs are here. You cant expect that you will just wake up one day all hairy, muscular and tall - puberty is a process. Your growth wont stop even in your twenties and as far as the hairs are concerned - those are just the first ones. Not to mention that the fact that you are getting erections definitely points out that your male hormones have increased dramatically, just as they should when you are in puberty.

yes you are going through puberty the first sign should have been your penis and testicles getting larger and like you said more erections that probably started around age 10 to 11 now you started to grow under arm hair and pubic hair that is all normal the next big sign your most likely notice is a wet dream or ejaculation if you are masturbating you will continue to grow in height and muscle tone until you are about 20 years old so don't worry about your height it'll all come in time.
