Hi. I am 15 years old and am approximately 5'1. Not fully sure on that one and i couldn't find a tape measure; and i am 129.8 pounds (measured this morning) but my weight bounces back and forth from 128.6-129. I really wanted to have a flat stomach before school started, but that didn't happen. I tend to run outside mostly everyday for about a half hour to an hour multiple times a day. So I was wondering is it allright for me to be 128-129 because my goal weight is 125. Thank you if you do answer my question.
Please remember in today's society women are led into believing that they have to have a flat muscular stomach to be "thin/skinny". 128 is a good weight for your height. Don't let these magazines and TV shows make you think you are fat or overweight.
