I'm 16 and about 2-3 months ago I started college, I started getting nervous about starting and eventually lead to me feeling sick, I thought it was a one off but now everyday it's a constant battle to get it out of my head and get through the day but I don't know what it is? It is anxiety? I have never gone to the doctors about this because I have never had the guts to tell people about this.
Is it like a lump in your throat? Do you sweat at all
I think whatever you are having or facing it's perplexity. Go to a counselor or attend sessions for anxiety type of thing which will provide a safe loving environment.
