Hello guys,

I started out doing the Fast 5 – 5 lifestyle diet last week, but only on Monday to Friday – five days at week. I just can’t follow the same on a weekend because I couldn’t be around my kitchen.

I downloaded the e-book from the internet, for free. I read the book for two and a half hours. This diet makes some sense, but I think that some things are missing in the book. I don’t know which one.

Any of you tried this diet or not? Do you have any problem with it?

I was following this diet a few years ago. Sure, it makes sense. But, when I first started it, I didn’t eat so healthy during the ten days and I didn’t get good results at first. But, this was only a start.

After that, I started to eat healthy, but I had one other problem – I was so hungry! Probably my body rejected this diet, at the beginning.

I want to say that this diet is not for everyone. I have tried many other diets, but all of them were really hard for me. The only diet that really worked was this one, Fast – 5. I believe this is the more natural way to eat. It is healthy and good.
