Hello,

Anyone here on Uncle Sam diet? What are the main rules of it, what do I need to know if I want to start follow this diet? Some main rules or something? Do I need to count calories, because sometimes I really hate to do that. Any book that I can read about Uncle Sam diet?

Do you have experience with it, have you lose any pounds while following this diet?

Tell me something that can be really helpful to me, because after this night, I am going to need a lot of your support to start with some diet, like everyone else, I think :)

I was on Uncle Sam diet a few months ago. So, I really can talk from my own experience. I must say that this is great, because this is one really friendly diet book. I must say that this book is great, great price and I think that is really worth a read. If you tried and failed on many other diets, then you should try this one. Recipes are really delicious and easy to make, so you won’t regret, trust me.

So, definitely if you don’t know what to do after this celebration, you should try this one because you will see how great it is.

After New Year’s party, we are all going to need some new diet and new eating plan :/. I don’t eat very well, but last night I was really bad! I ate a lot of unhealthy food. I know that Uncle Sam diet is based on the new US Dietary Guidelines. It is an eating style that you can stay with and that you can follow always, of course, if you are willing to do that!

Thank you for your comment, the only thing I really needed to know is that this diet program is safe and that it works!

Today is my first day with this diet.

Wish me good luck, and of course, be strong to keep with one diet! I will read this book, I promise!
