What is going on?

Anyone here experienced 6 week body make over? At this moment, my mother is on a 6WBMO diet and it really works for her, she has lost over 30 lbs. I also want to do it, but it is really hard for me because I am always busy with my job, family, personal life.  

So, how did you find about it? Do you know what the diet plan is? I think it is a little bit hard because I need to eat five or six times, and I really don't have time for it. I just want to let you know this, and if you have any advice for me, feel free to share it.

I have tried this diet. Basically, it is a 6-meal a day low calorie, high fiber, low sodium...It is a diet based on your body type and it really helps you lose weight. My recommendation is to eat salads, carbs, fish, chicken, vegetables. But, you must know that you need to be dedicated to this diet 300%. You need to have that on your mind.

Yes, it is really hard when you have social life, but you can try.

I am thinking seriously about trying it again. Maybe even to start on Monday.
