I did this way of eating years ago. It was easy to follow and I lost over 50 pounds on it. Sad to say I have gained it back because of surgery on my back and then depression. I am going to start again today and am excited to feel good again! It really works and you feel amazing on it !

I eliminated all foods white and refined (like the Kennedys, dahling). I separated proteins and fats from my carbs - but I DID eat carbs. Cooked my own meals, which included a lot of whole foods. Ate several times a day, more food than I usually had in a day, and was satisfied. I even was able to cheat occasionally (Reeses Cups and Mountain Dew), as long as I stayed on task 80% of the time. And I didn't exercise.
Meanwhile, colleagues of mine were hitting the gym hard, and/or spending hundreds on weight-loss systems with supplement pills and liquid drops. They were measuring portions, watching points, counting calories and whining about how they were "plateauing".
I dropped a dress size in about 4-6 weeks. My digestion improved. And my energy came way up.
I didn't always follow the plan to the letter. (I will mention, though, that I'm single with no children.) And still I lost weight. Forget about what eating plans are trendy or popular. Focus on what WORKS FOR YOU!

I have had success following this diet. Being able to choose between a carb meal (for me this is a breakfast option as I don’t eat carbs later in the day) and a pro/fats meal is a big help. I did Adkins and keto. Carb counting is a headache and too low carb upset my stomach. I feel better when I Somersize. In the past I lost about 35 lbs. My son started the other day and I think he will be pleased with his result soon.

Somersize works! It is basically a very healthy diet. Easy...to lose weight you eliminate white carbs & sugar. You do not combine protein with carbohydrates. Easy. You lose 2-3#/week. Safe weight loss & easy maintenance.
