Hi Good Morning, May I ask you something I have a history of tubercolosis already treated on september 2014 to macrh 2015. I applying army as of now according to the radiologist i have a apico result but I have medical clearance from my pulmologist.The army hospital is not accepted my medical clearance. What should I do??

Even if the tuberculosis is cured for 6 months. the scar will remain. nothing to be afraid of as long as your medical examination is with you, it will explain that you're already healed.

Is this suggestable to take another xray if you have already the xray and says that you have to take apicolordotic view? Thanks

Its stated here:
Suspicious densities are seen in the left upper lobe
Heart is not enlarged
Both hemi diaphragms and costophrenic angle are intact
Thoracic vertebra is mildly deviated to the right.
Pls tell me what does it mean..is it possible for PTB?

Hi,

I was asked for this test for my pre employment requirement. I never had lung issues nor was hospitalized. They said they found this unidentifiable bacteria? Is that something I need to be alarmed of?

Now I know what is apecolordotic means,,but can I ask this findings from my husband's x-ray ,,,it says symmetrical expansion or retractious.

Hi there can you explain my hubby's xray impression...

Suspicious opacities are noted in the upper lung for which an apicolordotic view is suggested.
Heart is not enlarged.
Aorta is not dilated.
Diaphragm is intact.

Hi Good day.

There are suspicious faint linear densities in the right upper lobe.
Heart is not enlarged.
Aorta is unremarkable.
Diaphragm,sulci and visualized bones are intact.

This is the result of my annual exam.Hope you can explain how is this.

Normal chest study. Normal thoracic kypnosis and accentuated lummar lordosis.the vertical body heights and disc spaces arevintact ,Pedicle's are preserved.

RADIOGRAPHIC FINDINGS:
Questionable densities are seen in the left upper lobe.
The left costophrenic sulcus and hemidiaphragm are obscured.
Heart is not enlarged.

IMPESSION:
-questionable densities, right upper lobe.
-Apico lordotic view study is suggested for further evaluation.
-Minimal pleural effusion, left.
