I'm not sure about internal hemorrhoid, but external hemorrhoid go away in three ish weeks of they bleed and if they don't takes about 6 weeks. I wouldn't be too worried about them. Try a stool softener before and up the water intake and the other normals, sitz bath w/Epsom salt, ice and witch hazel.

Sounds like prolapsed to me. If it were thromboses he/she would be in constant debilitating pain like I have been for two months now. I am going to see a surgeon on Dec. 5th. I have to get it removed. More then two months of pain now and I work on my feet all day! Almost unbearable.
