Hiya. I don't go out much at all, I mean like...one month I could go out twice, then next year I could go out once. It's completely reliant on a few people in my life who invite me to things every so often, blah blah blah, social anxiety blah blah. That's not the real question! When I drink, I usually do it on a big night out, I get memory gaps. Not huuuge memory gaps, but particularly how I got home and what I did once I was home. Is this normal? Like I said, I'm inexperienced with the whole...friends thing, so I'm not sure if this happens to other people or if I'm maybe drinking too much too quickly when I DO go out. I feel like I had to mention the fact that I might not drink for 8, 9, 10 months because I don't believe the issue I have is with alcoholism, although my social anxiety is telling me "Yes, it's alcoholism but you don't have friends, so don't get friends or you'll become an alcoholic." Anyway, enjoy the little background. Are memory gaps, short ones, normal when on a night out?

Accidentally posted a wall of text...My gaps between subjects didn't go through. Sorry about that!
