Howdy I have a question about penis size and if it's normal. I'm 15 will be 16 next March. I think I have hit puberty I have plenty of pubic hair. But my penis is one inch soft and 3 inches erect. I am 5 7 and 190. Is this normal.

For a 15 year old the average would be between 4-5". For an adult, the average is 5.1". You are NORMAL. Not everyone develops at the same rates/times. Some guys get big early and others later. Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
