I'm 13 and my period causes me pain I can't explain.(Like cramps) Also My period is SUPER heavy and I wanna lighten it. I'll take anything. JUST PLEASE HELP ME!
Midol or Alive may help with the cramps. My g/f was put on birth control to help make her period less painful and help regulate it also.
I had severe cramps when i first started menstrating in the 6th grade, and by 7th after going through a whole pack of naprogesic (midol) every month, i was told by my doctor to take the pill - it's the only thing that lightened, shortened and decreased the cramps in my monthlies.
