Ice baths work awesome after an intense practice or meet, but one can't help but wonder if there are any health risks. Is the temperature extreme something to worry about? How often is too often (if there is such a thing)? Is there any risk in nerve damage?
I dont think there are anything unhealthy,but dont do too positive

I have used them for a while. I know some people use like 4+ bags of ice. I use like half a small bag and cold water. I dont go as extreme as some people, but an ice bath is an ice bath right, haha.
