In what situations artrhradisis is recommended? I suffer arthritis syndrome, and use lot of pain killers. I‘ve already developed gastric problems because of amount of medications I have been taken. I heard that arthradisis is recommended in some cases of joint pain. Please post about this procedure.
I heard something about this procedure, also known as joint fusion. It is mostly performed on anckles and wrists and top vertebrae in the neck. Arthrodesis fuses two bones in a diseased joint, so it can no longer move. I’m not sure if I would have that operation. I use nsaids, they have limited action in pain management, but that’s all I can do.
