i started gym at the age of 19 at home only just by lifting the dumbbell and after a week i noticed that my left chest had grew bigger than the right one and then i left doing these things.Now i'm 21 and i joined gym recently and the same problem repeat again.At the gym i do all the exercise as instructed then also i'm having that problem.
so what to do ,so that my chest grow symmetrically
Focus on the weaker side :)
but how?? shall i lift more weight from the right side....
Erm, i wouldn't say more weight. Id probably say do more repetitions on that side.
