i had a Miscarriage 6 months ago and started taking clomid & Metformin due to PCOS. but no success so i stopped taking both of them after 3 months for about a month. I was looking into other options such as IUI and IVF and was told to come in October to be put on waiting list for these treatments. however i had two more rounds of clomid so i took one in june. i had spotting after my periods and everytime i use to have intercourse i use to bleed. i was suppose to ovulate between CD14 to CD18. my blood work was done after 5 days and it came back negative showing that i did not ovulate. all opks i was doing they were coming back positive. so i thought my cysts are bursting as i lost about 5 kgs from 67kg to 63kg. i was doing excessive exercise and diet under 1200 calories so i was taking vitamins tablets. then i felt pain at CD24 and had strong OPK so i spoke to doctor and he said its very late ovulation. you could get pregnant but chances are bit low. so i did not care much about it. i kept taking multivitamins and kept exercising and loosing weight. then DPO 9 i started severe cramps and i thought my cycles are here as i am pretty regular. i had spotting at 3 am then stopped. then again on DPO10 and DPO11 severe cramps and one spot of blood. no periods. i thought my periods are delayed due to exercise and stuff. i ate chicken liver may be about a plate also took Multivitamin. after two day i ate small amount of chicken liver again. then i found out i am pregnant. but i did not knew that i should not be eating chicken liver. i ate some more a day after. and today as well. then one of my friend told me u r not suppose to eat chicken liver during pregnancy as it contains vitamin A. i don't really eat anything. only have one meal a day all other time i only take fruits or salad and orange juice or glass of milk. i know but i am a calories conscious person and its kind of hard for me to even consume 1500 calories a day as i have been doing this for last two months and my body is use to eat.
i have not told anyone in the family as i am waiting for first trimester get over. i will start taking pregnacare soon as i dont consume so much calories and vitamins.
my question really is now i have already consumed chicken liver 4 times this week so what i should do now? should i start to worry?
better to consult to a doctor.
