I am 41 years old, female epileptic, mother of 2 children. Mine auras are like the warm feeling coming from the back of the head to the front. I can also describe it as someone turning on a light switch, one minute nothing, then "flick" it starts. What are your like?

Mine are just a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach, just a weird feeling. There's no real trigger they come on out of the blue. When I'm really stressed out or have extreme lack of sleep, my auras may be more frequent, longer and more intense, but there's not anything like colors, lights, etc. they can last from a few seconds to at the most 7 minutes, but most of them are between 10-30 seconds and I have approx 1-2 daily. Usually when I lose consciousness I'll have auras in clusters, they are more intense and become longer. I have auras in clusters before and after a CP or TC.
