what is the average penis size for boys the age of 13? like what's really small and what's really big?
Average size for a fully grown man is 5-6inches fully erect. I would imagine that a 13 year old boy would be smaller than this because you haven't finished growing yet
my penis size is 6 inches when erect and 3.9 inches when it's not erect and i'm 13. Is that really big for a 13 yr old? When my penis is not erect is that too small?

I think that average size is around six inches in adults so you could measure your size to this. I am not sure if you understand that you are very young and that you will have a lot of changes in your body during your puberty which is just starting and will be present for next several years. Also many young boys have this issue and they think that their penises are small but you have to understand that this will change in next few years. I know that this sound like a long time but it really isn’t so you just need to be patient. I hope this helped you a bit.

my penis is 7.2 inches erected im 13 is this normal?

I'm about 6.05 (in.) erect. Careful how you measure. Put the Inch side of the ruler close to your penis, put at the base of your penis, and simply measure from there. I heard people will pull thier testicles back and measure from down there... no... it wont work like that... It just doesn't... look it up if you want to...
